Ademola Adeleke, the Peoples Democratic Party’s nominee, won the most votes from seventeen of the state of Osun’s thirty local governments. The Independent National Electoral Commission officially announced the outcomes of the governorship election held on Saturday in Osun State. In thirteen Local Government Areas, his main opponent, Governor Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress, triumphed. According to the results, Oyetola received 375, 027 votes, while Adeleke received 403, 371 votes from 30 LGAs.
