The Zamfara State Executive Council has approved the retirement of all non-posted Permanent Secretaries in the State Civil Service.
This was revealed to newsmen in Gusau, the State capital, by the State Commissioner for Information and Culture, Mannir Mu’azu Haidara Kaura.
The Commissioner had said that those affected would be paid all their entitlements as at due.
The Commissioner also explained that money for publicity due for payment by any establishment was resolved to be paid to the consolidated revenue account.
Kaura urged the people in the state were urged by Kaura to not relax in their prayers for a divine intervention to restore peace and stability as he believes that no society could thrive in the absence of peace, and that the insecurity crises in the state was affecting all the sectors.
