Justice Olaolu Olanipekun of Oyo State Magistrates’ Court 7 in Iyaganku, Ibadan, has authorized the arrest of Prophet Ojo Amos (aka Elewuogbo) of a Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) church.
The warrant, issued by Justice Olanipekun, directs the arrest and detention of Elewuogbo and his two sureties for failing to comply with bail conditions.

Elewuogbo faces trial for allegedly defaming the character of Sat Guru Maharaj Ji, the Founder of One Love Family. Alongside Lagos-based blogger Gbenga Asabe, Elewuogbo stands accused of accusing Maharaj Ji of involvement in selling human body parts for money rituals through various publications.
In response to Maharaj Ji’s counsel, Dapo Akinosi, the court approved the consolidation of the cases against Elewuogbo and Asabe. Akinosi argued that since the facts were interconnected, merging the cases would streamline proceedings. As a result, the court adjourned the case until April 30th.
