Ivan Toney Completes Move to Al-Ahli from Brentford

One of the most chattered transfers has finally been completed with England striker Ivan Toney moving from Brentford to Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli on a permanent transfer. Saudi Pro League club, per reports by British media, paid Brentford £40 million for the 27-year-old striker. The attacking midfielder is a key player in the Brentford ranks and is on his way to the rapidly growing Saudi league, joining a host of other big names making similar moves this summer.

West Ham Secure Carlos Soler on Loan

West Ham United have signed Spain international Carlos Soler on a season-long loan deal from Paris Saint-Germain to strengthen their midfield options. Known for his versatility and technical skill, he provides more creativity and experience as West Ham attempt to contest on multiple fronts in this campaign.

Giovani Lo Celso Returns to Real Betis

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Giovani Lo Celso has sealed his return to Real Betis, signing until 2028 with the LaLiga club. Lo Celso, who was superb at Betis on loan in the 2018-19 season, will have the Spanish side pay Spurs £8.4 million plus add-ons for the Argentine international. There’s even a future sell-on clause involved in the deal, showing Betis are confident of Lo Celso’s worth over a long-term period.

Double Deal as Nottingham Forest Complete Signings

Nottingham Forest have been busy in the transfer market as they announce the signings of Brazilian centre-back Morato from Benfica and England midfielder James Ward-Prowse from West Ham United. Morato has joined Forest on a five-year deal for £15m while Ward-Prowse joins on a season-long loan deal. Both signings will add muscle to the Forest squad as the team seeks to remain in the Premier League beyond this season.

Crystal Palace Complete Signing of Eddie Nketiah

Crystal Palace have boosted their attacking options with the signing of striker Eddie Nketiah from Arsenal. The 24-year-old attacker moved to Palace on a deal that would run until 2029 and is reportedly worth £30m. Nketiah, known for his nose for goals and an incredible work ethic, has now joined Palace, who will look to him for helping them move higher up the Premier League table.

Wolves Sign Brazilian Midfielder Andre

Wolverhampton Wanderers have strengthened their midfield with the signing of Brazil international Andre from Fluminense. The 23-year-old signed a five-year contract at the Midlands club with an option for a further year. Impressive in the Brazilian Serie A, Andre is sure to bring energy and creativity to a Wolves midfield that needs to be significantly better than last season.

Brighton’s Billy Gilmour Joins Napoli

Scotland midfielder Billy Gilmour sealed a permanent transfer from Brighton & Hove Albion to Napoli. Terms of the deal haven’t been revealed, but Gilmour’s transfer to the Italian giants represents one of the major steps in his career. Gilmour will, therefore, look to impress in Serie A and help Napoli challenge for domestic and European honors.

Manchester United Sign Manuel Ugarte

Manchester United have signed Uruguay midfielder Manuel Ugarte from Paris Saint-Germain. The 22-year-old has signed until 2029 with United, in a deal worth €50 million (£55.26 million). He is known for his ball-winning and tactical intelligence and will add depth and quality to United’s midfield as they seek to challenge for silverware this season.

Arsenal Sign Bournemouth’s Neto on Loan

Arsenal have addressed their goalkeeping needs by signing Bournemouth goalkeeper Neto on a season-long loan deal. This comes after England keeper Aaron Ramsdale completed a permanent transfer to Southampton. In doing this, Neto will give some sort of competition for the No. 1 spot at Arsenal while bringing in valuable experience to the team.

Tammy Abraham Joins AC Milan on Loan

The first order of business saw AS Roma striker Tammy Abraham join AC Milan on a loan deal for a period of one year. Abraham has been the main man in Roma, and now he ventures into new territory in Serie A, with Milan seeking top-of-the-table combat.

Napoli have sealed the signing of Scottish midfielder Scott McTominay from Manchester United. The move finally brings to an end McTominay’s 22-year affiliation with Manchester United. The switch to Napoli will now usher in a new chapter in the 27-year-old’s life as he joins the Italian Serie A team. Manchester United parted ways in style, penning a touching message that appreciated the player who gave all to the team for over a decade.

Liverpool’s Stefan Bajcetic Joins Salzburg on Loan

Liverpool defensive midfielder Stefan Bajcetic has joined Austrian side Red Bull Salzburg on loan until the end of the season. The 19-year-old Spaniard enjoyed a breakthrough season last term, 2022-23, and will be reunited with former Liverpool assistant manager Pepijn Lijnders, who is now at the helm of Salzburg. The loan to Salzburg affords Bajcetic good minutes amid meaningful competition.

Chelsea’s Petrovic Moves to Strasbourg on Loan

Chelsea goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic has completed a season-long loan move to Ligue 1 club RC Strasbourg. The 24-year-old Serbian international signed for the team last year from Major League Soccer team New England Revolution and has gone on to make 31 appearances across all competitions for the Premier League club. Petrovic will now head to France, where he is expected to continue his development by getting more experience in the first team.

Raheem Sterling Set for Arsenal Loan Move

Raheem Sterling is close to completing his late loan move from Chelsea to Arsenal. The England winger, who has been cast out of Chelsea’s first-team fold, has been seen arriving into the training base of Arsenal to complete the finishing touches of the deal. Sterling’s move to the Emirates Stadium will increase the attacking options available to Arsenal as they look towards charging towards a top-four finish in the Premier League.

Jadon Sancho Nears Chelsea Loan with Obligation to Buy

Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho is on the cusp of completing a shock switch to Chelsea in what will be a season-long loan with an obligation to purchase the player outright. Reports say the 24-year-old, shipped out on loan to Borussia Dortmund for the second half of last season, has lost his favor at Old Trafford after his very public bust-up with manager Erik ten Hag. Sancho’s transfer to Stamford Bridge could now complete one of the final deals of this transfer window.
