Does Donald Trump Deserve Prison Time?
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterShare on Whatsapp

The answer is quite obvious, even to a baby in pampers. It is because the United State’s balls are not ripe enough to do what she requires of other nations with current or past corrupt leaders.

Lets imagine for a moment, If Donald Trump was the current or past president of Nigeria with half the amount of proven crimes Donald Trump committed in and outside his presidency, the United States government would have gone to planet Jupiter to floss her teeth and lick her lips in wake of the kind of sanctions to impose on Nigeria.

Oh! lets not forget that the United States invaded the faraway land of Panama and bundled the president back to the United States to be imprisoned. Guess what for? For racketeering. Racketeering?! Remember the allegation that the Secret Service under Trump spent tax payers money renting Trump’s gulf course in Scotland? Now tell me again what racketeering means and how the Panamanian president can be brought to the United States and jail for it and Trump is gallivanting all over the place freely.  For the sake of your time, I won’t go into the other crimes he has been alleged to have committed.

America is a hypocrite! plain and simple!

Remember Ignacio Lula of Brazil? He was thrown in jail for what some say was false corrupt accusation.

Laurent Gbagbo of Ivory Coast was arrested after refusing to accept defeat to Alassane Ouatarra in the 2010 Presidential Election. Gbagbo was arrested on the 10th day of April, 2011 and Ouatarra officially took over as president the day after.

Does this remind you of anyone? Does it sound like something that happened in the United States on the 6th day of January, 2021? Yet Donald Trump is still walking scot-free and not just that, he is presently going about the country campaigning and organizing fundraising for those who championed his attempted coup. He is contemplating another run for the presidency in 2024, but Laurent Gbagbo was sent to jail for just the same act and in Ivory Coast of all places.

Former French President Nicholas Sarkozy was found guilty and sentenced to one year in prison over illegally funding his successful 2012 re-election campaign. Hope this doesn’t make you cough because it sounds so much familiar with something Trump has been alleged to have done. Remember the thing about his inauguration funds and how it was spent?

The former president of South Africa, Jacob Zuma was taken into custody to serve a 15-month prison sentence. Ask me what for? if you are an American, so I can tell you that it was because he was found guilty of contempt by South Africa’s highest judicial body, for failing to appear before a commission investigating corruption accusation that tainted his term as the country’s president from 2009 to 2018.

Jacob Zuma

I don’t know if this sounds familiar to any American? Even if I add that the present Attorney General of New York got an injunction to depose the former US president and in his usual character, is in court to block it.

You see what I mean?

Until the United States does what she requires of everyone else, she has no moral grounds fighting corruption anywhere else. SIMPLE!
