Jude Ise-Idehen, a member of Congress from Edo State’s Egor/Ikpoba Okha Federal Constituency, has passed away. He passed away early on Friday, according to sources due to an unspecified illness.
Benjamin Kalu, the chairman of the House Committee on Media and Public Affairs, confirmed the death but stated that the House did not yet know the cause of death.
Kalu continued by saying that he was still in conversation with the House’s leadership and might make an official announcement later.
Ise-Idehen, a 52-year-old PDP member, had received his party’s nomination to run for re-election in the general elections of 2023.
