The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced that it would begin disbursing the payment of the nine-month backlog to N-Power beneficiaries in November 2023.
The FG had also revealed that the scheme has been renamed to: Renewed Hope Job Creation Program, RHJCP.
The National Program Manager of the N-Power, Mr Akindele Egbuwalo, had made this revelation on Monday, October 16.
Egbuwalo had remarked that the payment would be made in installments.
The N-Power Manager had also revealed that the funds had been recovered from the existing payment service providers.
A statement signed by Jamaluddeen Kabir, the national communication manager of the National Social Investment Program Agency, NSIPA, had said that Egbuwalo had disclosed this during a meeting with certain N-Power beneficiaries.
