The visit of United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan to Paris from 17th to 19th of July coincides with the announcement of the deal. This will be Sheikh Mohammed’s first overseas state visit since he succeeded his half-brother as president in May.
