Mai Mala Buni, the Yobe State Governor has endorsed the appointment of Hamidu M. Alhaji as the Acting Head of Service.
Governor Buni’s Media spokesperson, Mamman Mohammed, had given the approval for the appointment via a statement made available to newsmen on Monday, October 16.
According to the statement, Hamidu M. Alhaji was chosen as the acting Head of Service after the departure of the former Head of Service, Alhaji Garba Bilal, last week.
Hon. Mai Mala Buni, had also approved the appointment of Mohammed Alkali Dingiri, as the new Accountant General of the State.
Prior to Mohammed Alkali Dingiri’s appointment, he had been the Director of Treasury, according to a statement by the Yobe State Governor.
Governor Buni had as well approved the appointments of Musa Audu Farafara as the Permanent Secretary and Bulama Garba as the Director of Treasury of the state.
The statement had revealed that the appointments were with immediate effect.
