The FBI’s announcement that DNA on the murder weapon and a note detailing the plan to “take out” Kirk have been recovered leaves no doubt about Robinson’s guilt.
This officially means that the FBI’s case is strong, but the root cause of the problem (online radicalisation) is what we should be truly worried about.
The evidence, presented by FBI Director Kash Patel revealed that the DNA match from the towel wrapped around the bolt-action rifle, together with the forensic reconstruction of a destroyed note, essentially closes the case and affirms Robinson’s guilt.
The note itself, which explicitly stated the intent to “take out Charlie Kirk,” serves as a clear indication of premeditation. While some may still question the motive, the evidence points to a crime driven by a deep-seated political animosity.
So far, the FBI investigation has been swift and thorough, ensuring that the legal proceedings will be steeped in irrefutable facts, not just political speculation.
