Nollywood star Iyabo Ojo was visibly emotional as she blessed her daughter, Priscilla Ojo, with heartfelt prayers during a baby shower held in Canada.
A trending video from the celebration shows Iyabo speaking passionately over Priscilla’s life, declaring that her daughter’s marriage would stand the test of time.
The actress expressed strong confidence in Priscilla’s choice of partner, saying her union was divinely ordained.
Despite her own marital experience, Iyabo said she believed her journey had prepared the way for her daughter’s future.
“Your marriage will work, you’ll grow old with your husband. He will be beside you from the days of your youth till your old age. Because you have married right. You’ve married the bones of your bones, the flesh of your flesh. If mine didn’t work, yours will work. I have paid that sacrifice for yours to work,” she said.
