Veteran Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw has taken to her Instagram page to celebrate and thank God for surviving the Dana airplane crash that happened ten years ago.
She narrated in her caption how on the 3rd of June, 2012, she had missed the Dana air flight 0992 which was to take off from Abuja to Lagos. She said she had missed the flight because she had come late for the flight. As someone who was never late for anything, she thanked God for making her miss the flight and preventing her from being one of the dead passengers of the flight.
In another post, she also recounted losing her properties in a fire incident in 2015 and how she was devastated and almost committed suicide. She said she was sharing this story with anyone who was feeling lost and out of hope, to trust in God for he could bring anyone out of whatever hopeless situation they were in. She admonishes people to have faith in God and thank God for everything.
