According to the governor, the Lekki-Epe International Airport is designed to facilitate seamless travel, reduce congestion at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, and unlock new opportunities for businesses and residents across the state. Given its strategic location within the Lekki Free Trade Zone, the airport is expected to serve as a catalyst for increased trade, tourism, and industrial expansion.
