In a bizarre turn of events, laughter turned to concern as 18 pupils from James Primary School B, Osogbo, found themselves rushed to hospitals after partaking in the state government’s free school feeding program. Governor Ademola Adeleke, upon receiving the distressing report, swiftly ordered action. As the drama unfolded, Chairman Nathaniel Ojetola revealed that among the 18 students treated, thankfully, all were on the mend. However, panic gripped parents as social media buzzed with videos of the ailing pupils, prompting concern among families and the wider community. The victims’ accounts painted a peculiar picture of rice and egg leading to distressing stool-related adventures post-lunch. Mothers, detecting a foul odor from the very eggs, demanded a probe into the matter, fearing a recurrence of such culinary calamities.
