The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has made public on Tuesday in a letter signed by Femi Babafemi the director of Media and advocacy for NDLEA, the arrest of a drug baroness in Delta state.
Bridget Oghenekevwe Emeka also recognized as Mama was arrested on Sunday, 15th of May at her dwelling place where she operates her Drug business. They stated she is the spine of an important cartel in the region as she cooks and distributes crack cocaine, Methamphetamine, molly, loud, and different illicit substances.
About nine of her employees have been also arrested along with her from her residence and Drug bunks. Five have been discovered at her house at Effurun and the different 4 have been found at her Drug bunks in other parts of the state.
Apart from the drugs that had been found with her, the Law Enforcement Agency also observed in her residence a pump-action gun, 15 cartridges, documents, two vehicles, cell phones, pills, and paraphernalia and they have been taken in for further investigations.
