Delta-born politician and billionaire, Ned Nwoko has spoken his thoughts about Anambra State Ex-Governor, Mr. Peter Obi’s forthcoming presidential election under the Labour Party’s (LP) platform. The politician turned husband to famous actress Regina Daniels, reported that Mr. Peter Obi had not been like other past Governors he had met in the past as he was quite thrifty and a huge capitalist.

He also further added Mr. Obi should endeavor to go back to his former party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and take up the post of Minister of Economy as that would boost Nigeria’s economy given the ex-governor’s credentials.

Ned Nwoko additionally advised Peter Obi, saying that he didn’t have the structure to put his plans in motion as he would need the vast number of his party member in either house of reps, senate, state house of assemblies, and the government even though he might be famous and have a strong support base.

The Billionaire also confesses that Igbos were not prepared for the presidential seat as that would have been displayed during the primary elections. He stated that delegates had never backed Igbo candidates, but always went for candidates from other regions and he didn’t know why. He added that he does not support zoning, but rather supports merit in candidates. He further concluded that Igbos were naturally selfish and only thought about themselves.
