The Lagos State Command of the Nigeria Police Force has announced the arrest of Wilfred Amoussou for using Benzodiazepines to drug his employers and cart away with their valuables.
According to the Command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin who disclosed via his Twitter handle on Thursday, 23 February, the suspect is currently being detained at the Ikoyi Police Division of the command. Hundeyin had also revealed that the suspect had been drugging his employers for several years in the posh neighborhoods in Lagos State: including Ikoyi, Banana Island, and Parkview Estate.
Hundeyin then concluded his tweet with:
“A few of his past victims have come forward to identify him. If you have been a victim, proceed to Ikoyi Police Division for further necessary action.”
