Nottingham Forest clashed with Aston Villa on Monday night in the premier league, the match ended in a 1-1 draw.
Emmanuel Dennis, a super eagles player, made his debut for his club by scoring the only goal for Forest in the game, this makes it his first goal for Forest since he moved from Watford during the summer.
Dennis who was picked over Taiwo Awoniyi scored the first goal for the team, 15 minutes into the first half of the game, putting Forest in the lead. Their Joy was short-lived as Ashley Young equalized for Villa seven minutes later.
The second half saw no team score, as all efforts to score by both teams proved abortive.
Taiwo Awoniyi was benched from the match because he wasted two opportunities to score in Forest’s 4-0 defeat to Leicester, last week.
Nottingham Forest is currently in the 19th position with five points, while Leicester City is at the bottom of the EPL table with four points
