One Dies, 200 Injured, in Naples Title Party

It was a good time for Naples, as Victor Osimhen led Napoli to cliche their first Serie A title in 33 years. The match between Napoli and Udinese ended in a 1-1 draw courtesy of Victor Osimhen’s goal.

Thousands of fans gathered at the Stadio Maradona to celebrate their third Serie A title, the cities of Italy busted with joy, but what should have been a beautiful celebration turned out to cause harm to several others.

A 26-year-old man was shot dead during the celebration, and he was pronounced dead in the hospital, over 200 persons were admitted to the hospital from injuries ranging from knife stabs, burns from firecrackers, Asthma, and several others.

The police are however investigating the cause of some of these injuries, as they suspect a local mafia may be involved in the shooting
