Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirms this on X saying, “Despite agreement club to club with Napoli for €75m fee, Osimhen says no to the Saudi Pro League club.”Al-Hilal were hoping to stick the deal in time for the FIFA Club World Cup to be held next but Osimhen’s wish to stay in Europe was the decisive factor.
