Agents affiliated with the Peoples Democratic Party and the All Progressives Congress had on Sunday, March 19 reportedly clashed at the Ogun State collation center.
Trouble had reportedly begun when the PDP agent, Sunkanmi Oyejide, had protested against the multiple representations of the APC by three agents, complaining that the APC had purposely disrupted the party’s strongholds in the state to disenfranchise its members.
However, the APC agent, identified as Adelani, disagreed with the PDP agent, saying that the development put the exercise on hold for about 15 minutes before normalcy had returned when the state Independent National Electoral Returning Officer, INEC, Prof. Kayode Adebowale, had resolved the disagreement by asking the party to pick one among the three agents of the APC at the collation center.
