The Lagos State Command Police force has arrested, the members of popular Nigerian singer, Davido’s domestic workers, who had been detained over the alleged death of the singer’s son.
This was made known by Benjamin Hundeyin after reports have gone around the social media space that Davido and his fiancée, Chioma Rowland, had lost their son, Ifeanyi after the toddler had drowned in the singer’s Banana Island home in Lagos, yesterday October 31.
This news had come via a now-deleted tweet from popular Nigerian actress and equally, a close friend of the singer, Eniola Badmus.
“Domestic staff at Davido’s home have been taken to the station to give their account of what occurred. I wouldn’t call it an arrest yet. If after everyone gives their account of what happened and after preliminary investigations are done, if anyone of them is found guilty, then the person will now be placed under arrest.” Hundeyin had stated while confirming the domestic staff arrest.
