With the exception of any last-minute changes, President Tinubu is scheduled to return to the country on Tuesday, June 27, a day before the Sallah celebrations begin in the country.
Sources have reported that an advanced team has been sent out, in anticipation of his arrival.
Recall that Tinubu had detoured to London after he was scheduled to return to Nigeria after attending the summit in Paris hosted by Emmanuel Macron, the French President. It has been alleged that he went for his routine check up in London but official sources have stated that he was in London for a short private visit.
The details of this short private visit have not been made public as at the time of writing this report but it is possible that Tinubu had paid a “short visit” to his medical practitioner in the UK.
