The Presidential Election Tribunal, convened again today, as the Labour Party is to present their exihibits before the court, to back up their claim.
However, the documents which were to be presented as exhibits before the court by Emeka Okpoko, one of the senior lawyers in the petitioners team, were not properly filed according to the rules of the court, the court however directed them to follow proper procedures, in order to ensure that the documents were properly filed as exhibits.
The court went on a ten minutes recess, to give the legal team, enough time to re-file and schedule the documents in accordance with the court proceedings.
After the court reconvened to continue the hearing, but the Petitioners team did not seem quite prepared, annoyed with their uncoordinated actions, the court further adjourned the hearing to June 2nd.
