Jokin Aperibay, Real Sociedad president, has expressed his excitement over the signing of super eagles player, Sadiq Umar from Almeria, as several clubs were bidding for the player, due to his fantastic performance for Almeria last two seasons. Villarreal almost signed the player, but it didn’t pull through.

According to Aperibay, he is excited that Sadiq is on his team, and he earnestly hopes that he’ll blend with the fans and be happy in his new environment.
