An anti-Twitter Nigerian, Adamu Garba has invited Nigerians to join the Crowwe App, a social media platform he owns.
Twitter had put down the post of the president Buhari which was tagged a hate speech and a case of discrimination to the people of southeast in Nigeria.
The post reads:
“Many of those misbehaving today are too young to be aware of the destruction and loss of lives that occurred during the Nigerian Civil War. Those of us in the fields for 30 months, who went through the war, will treat them in the language they understand.”
On Thursday, the federal government via the verified handle of Ministry of Information suspended the use of Twitter in Nigeria and further announced through the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed.
Adamu Garba on Saturday morning took to Twitter to invite Nigerians to join the crowwe app since the ban of twitter has been announced.
Nigerians again expressed their disappointment in the federal government and tagged Adamu a hypocrite for advertising his alleged crowwe app to Nigerians on Twitter.
Frank Edoho the renowned host of the TV show “who wants to be a billionaire” said,

“Welcome to absolute failure.
If you think that banning twitter would cause everybody to migrate to your cursed and crooked craw craw app, you are delusional. It might take a long time but you all will answer to your crimes to this country. Bookmark this on your stupid crowweapp.”
Nigerians retweeted and liked the tweet Edoho made, and took the comment section to show their support to the post.
