Zendaya needs no introduction as she has graced the media with her beauty and versatility. The Multi-talented actress and singer became the youngest ever to win the CFDA fashion icon award, joining the likes of Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna who have previously taken the award home.
The CFDA Awards was held on Nov 10th. It is an organization that promotes American designers in the global economy. They are recognized for awarding and celebrating brilliant minds in the fashion industry from fashion designers to models.
Zendaya was recognized for her contributions to the fashion industry. Some of her accolades include the launch of her gender – fluid clothing collection “DAYA by Zendaya” which was in collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger earlier this year.
It comes as no surprise that the beautiful actor won the fashion icon award. Her fashion game has always been A+ and she served hot looks all year long.
Zendaya stormed the red carpet at the awards ceremony with a contagious smile as she posed for pictures in a Red Vera Wang’s Bandeau, exposing her midriff and a dramatic column skirt. She rocked the look with confidence, strutting and changing poses for the camera. Can you see those sculpted abs?
Another interesting fact to note is, she also loves designing clothes in her spare time, which explains why she is a “natural natural” when it comes to styling and modeling.
