Moroccan and Paris Saint Germain defender, Achraf Hakimi who was accused of Raping a 23-year-old lady in his house outside Paris on Sunday has been charged with Rape on Friday.
He was invited for questioning on Thursday and was eventually charged with Rape on Friday.
According to Hakimi’s lawyer, Fanny Collin, Hakimi has denied all the allegations, he confirmed that true he invited her over to his house but he did not rape her, and he welcomes the charge because it’ll allow him to prove his innocence.
Fans are skeptical about the woman’s claim since she refused to make a formal accusation, the prosecutors however decided to press charges against the defender.
