Nollywood actress Toyin Adewale has reacted to widespread rumours claiming that her son, singer Mayorkun, experienced a fire incident at his Lagos residence.
The report, which circulated online hours earlier, suggested that Mayorkun’s mansion was engulfed in flames following an explosion on Saturday night, sparking concern among fans and the public.
However, Adewale has firmly debunked the story, taking to her Instagram page to question the authenticity of the news and criticize the outlet behind the report for failing to verify the information before publishing.

“Goldmyne, why would you do this?
Don’t you verify your news before posting?
This is seriously unfair.
Anyway, I leave whoever supplies you with this bad news to God.
My family and I will never cry, nor sorrow, nor evil shall befall us IJN.
Please, Goldmyne, learn to do better.”
She reassured her followers that her family is safe and expressed appreciation to everyone who reached out with calls and messages during the moment of confusion.
“And to my family and friends, I say thank you so much for the calls and messages.
I sincerely appreciate.Amen, Amen, and Amen IJN
