All Policemen in Ajah Division Transferred- PPRO

On Monday, the news was released about the unruly conduct of some Policemen in the Ajah division, as they were caught drinking while they abandoned their duties. The Police spokesperson of the Lagos state police Command, Benjamin Hundeyin thanked news outlets for the information he further informed everyone that serious reforms have been made in the Ajah police division.

According to him, serious checks were carried out by the new DPO of the Ajah axis all the shanties were dismantled from the police station, all personnel of the division have been transferred by an order from the State Commissioner of police, and new personnel from other divisions were transferred to that division.

“He said, “I can confirm that this publication has been overtaken by events. The new DPO Ajah, CSP Adolf Ogwu, had earlier in the week dismantled all the shanties around the police station.

“In addition, the Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Command, CP Abiodun Alabi, has already effected the transfer out of ALL personnel of the division, with replacement from other divisions. This would fully materialize in a couple of days.

He further advised Citizens of Lagos to be more watchful of their policemen as they should report whenever they notice that they are of questionable harass
