Angry South Korean Fans have been throwing abuses at Membe after he collided with Heung Min Son on the pitch, during Tottenham’s UEFA champions league final group stages with Marseille.

Heung Min Son subsequently fractured one of his eye sockets as a result of the collision and had to be taken off the pitch immediately.

It’s very likely that because of this injury, Son might miss the world cup which officially starts November 20, as he is to undergo surgery.

Several South Korean fans have taken to social media to abuse Memba and demand that he apologizes to Son for giving him an injury that might make him miss the world cup. This was revealed by France 24.

“South Korean supporters have left thousands of messages on Mbemba’s Instagram page in both English and Korean,” a report from France 24 stated.
