Nollywood actress Anita Joseph has once again responded to growing pressure from fans and followers urging her to open up about the collapse of her marriage, making it clear that she has no intention of addressing the matter publicly for now.
The actress, whose five-year marriage recently ended for reasons she has chosen not to disclose, took to her Instagram page with a subtle but firm message.
“Subtle
A lot of you are on my page
Waiting to hear me talk
Naaaaaaa!!
Na wetin I go wear go church tomorrow I dey think so.
Type shit,” she wrote.

In an earlier post, Anita had already cautioned those persistently demanding explanations, questioning why they were so eager to hear her story instead of sharing their own. She urged them to respect personal boundaries and privacy.
Only hours later, the actress shared another update, announcing that she is now prioritising self-care and entering what she described as her “soft-girl pamper era.” She added that she is currently a “very single, happy chic,” focused on healing and personal growth.
The past year has reportedly been emotionally challenging for the actress. In December, Anita publicly confirmed the end of her marriage to MC Fish, describing the period as one marked by deep reflection, pain, and healing. She explained that she was choosing “grace, growth, and faith” as she navigated the difficult chapter.
Sources had earlier alleged that the marriage ended after intense emotional and personal struggles, including the tragic loss of two pregnancies — a stillbirth and a miscarriage — as well as claims of domestic abuse.
After confirming the split, Anita also addressed rumours surrounding her love life, stating that she was single and not ready for a new relationship despite receiving numerous calls from admirers.
“Eight years and 11 days is not eight months,” she had said at the time, stressing that she needed time to clear her head and heal properly.
Meanwhile, her estranged husband has reportedly moved on with another partner.
