Patricia Schneider, a television producer and actress, has officially moved to end her long-running marriage to Hollywood actor and comedian Rob Schneider.
According to reports by TMZ, Patricia, who is of Mexican descent, filed for divorce last month at a court in Arizona, where the couple has been residing in recent years.
The pair tied the knot in January 2010 in Los Angeles, marking a union that has now lasted 15 years.
The estranged couple share two daughters — Miranda Scarlett, 13, and Madeline Robbie, 10. Court documents reportedly state that the marriage has broken down beyond repair, with no chance of reconciliation.
Patricia is said to have informed the court that discussions are already underway regarding key post-divorce arrangements, including legal decision-making, parenting time, and child support. She also indicated that both parties intend to formalise these terms in a written agreement.
This development marks the third divorce for the Hot Chick star. Rob also has an older daughter, singer Elle King, from a previous marriage. Elle has, in the past, spoken publicly about having a strained relationship with her father.
