Benefica Angry over Chelsea Tactics.

It’s no news that Chelsea is interested in signing Enzo Fernadez after his spectacular world cup performance, and to make it easier Enzo Fernadez does not want to play for Benefica again and has already communicated this to the club. However, Benefica does not want to let go of Fernadez and is accusing Chelsea of trying to get the player on their side.
According to Roger Schmidt, Benefica Manager, even despite knowing that they do not want to sell Fernadez they still went behind their backs to sweet talk Fernadez into accepting their offer. So to make the player eager to switch sides they go ahead to say that they are already to pay the release Clause.
There is a club who want our player” Schmidt said. “They know we do not want to sell the player. They try to get the player on their side and they know that they only can get this player when they pay the clause. So it is a very clear situation. What the club is doing that want to buy Enzo is disrespectful against all of us, against Benfica and I cannot accept what they are doing.
“So to make the player crazy and then to pretend they can pay the clause and later they want to negotiate, I think it is not what I understand about a good relationship between clubs who maybe want to discuss the player
Fernadez himself returned to Argentina, as he indicated by his actions that he is ready to move.
