Nigerian artists David Adeleke and Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Davido and Kizz Daniels respectively, have both announced on social media on Friday, 3rd June 2022 that they would be dropping a joint EP. Kizz Daniel took to his official Twitter page to make the announcement where he tagged his fellow artiste Davido, in the tweet saying: “We have an EP COMING BRA!! @davido where you at?”
Davido responded to the tagged tweet saying: “Who’s ready!!!??? OBO X KIZZ EP? We sellin’ a million first week!” he bragged. Fans across the country have commented that they were excited to see their joint Extended Play (EP).
Before this, Davido had met up with Kizz Daniels at the studio and the latest announcement seems to have come after a pleasant meeting where the former gifted the latter something special. This was seen in a video Kizz Daniel made where he said that his colleague Davido, just visited with a carton of his favorite thing and he was very happy about it. The video spurred fans into commenting that the two musicians were up to something and that they (the fans) wouldn’t mind a collaboration from both artists.
The name and the artwork of the album are yet to be disclosed but one thing is for certain, the album will be a jam when it drops. This is coming after Kizz Daniel’s latest smashing hit BUGA featuring Tekno. The collaboration between both artists is not the first as they have both come together to release the hit single One Ticket and the remix of Woju before that.
