Nigerian telecommunications company Globacom received the 2023 Telecom Company of the Year award from Champion Newspapers.

The award ceremony, hosted by Champion Newspapers Limited in Lagos, celebrates excellence and contributions to national progress.

Champion’s Managing Director, Dr. Nwadiuto Iheakanwa, emphasized the importance of recognizing outstanding achievements to inspire further positive development. She believes institutions like Globacom are integral to a stronger Nigeria.

Champion’s Managing Editor, Mr Kelvin Egerue, specifically commended Globacom’s commitment to offering affordable telecommunication services.
