N’golo Kante, France Midfielder will be off the pitch for four months after undergoing surgery on his injured hamstring.
This is a sad one for France as this means that he will not be in action for France in this year’s world cup Game which officially starts in November. Considering how instrumental he was to France in the 2018 World Cup Game, this is will be a big blow to the squad.
The Chelsea Midfielder, only Featured twice for Chelsea this season, as he sustained an injury in August in Chelsea’s 2-2 draw Against Spurs.
Fans were excited after he returned to training with his teammates, unfortunately, he picked up another injury in training last week, because he’s just recovering from one, the injury seemed pretty serious, and it has been confirmed as Chelsea officially announced that the surgery has been carried out.
According to the club, he has already undergone the surgery, after he visited a specialist to explore possible options for his recovery process, and was advised to go for surgery, which both Kante and the club agreed was best for him. The surgery was successful, and Kante has to be off the pitch for four months
Chelsea’s statement read: “N’Golo Kante has undergone an operation on his hamstring injury.
“The midfielder visited a specialist with the club’s medical department to explore the options for his rehabilitation approach.
“And it was mutually agreed for N’Golo to have surgery to repair the damage.
