Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said today that North Korea is now part of the war against Ukraine, confirming earlier reports about the Asian country’s involvement.
During a press conference at the EU leaders’ meeting in Brussels, Zelensky shared that North Korea plans to train 10,000 soldiers from different parts of its military to fight with Russian forces.
“I have talked to several leaders, and it’s official that another country is joining the war and will fight against Ukraine alongside Russia,” Zelensky mentioned.
This development shows a big increase in the conflict, with North Korea’s participation possibly shifting the dynamics of the war.
