Cyriel Dessers was dropped for the match, as he did not accompany his fellow teammates to Salernitana.
Okereke scored an equalizer for Cremonese in the 12th minute after Selernitana scored the first goal three minutes into the game.
Okereke was substituted 14 minutes before the end of the game.
