Bayer Leverkusen have made a formal approach to PSV for American midfielder Malik Tillman, with Kicker confirming that personal terms are already agreed. Talks are ongoing, and Leverkusen appear ready to trigger his release clause.

Nottingham Forest have rejected a £45 million offer from Newcastle United for Anthony Elanga, reports David Ornstein. Forest reportedly have no intention of selling the Swedish winger.

Furthermore, West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus is targeting a move to a top European side, with the Hammers seeking a hefty transfer fee. Chelsea are also closing in on a deal for Borussia Dortmund talent Jamie Gittens, according to Ornstein.
