Teacher Arrested in Borno for Molesting 4-year-old Pupil.

Police officers in Maiduguri, Borno State, have arrested a female teacher for reportedly assaulting a four-year-old primary school pupil in Maiduguri, Borno state.

The teacher, simply identified as Aunty Zara who taught at Golden Olive school, in Maiduguri, was said to have been arrested by the police on Friday.

While confirming the incident on Saturday, November 26, Sani Kamilu, the Borno police spokesperson, stated that it was the victim’s father who reported the case to the police. Kamilu had also said that investigations into the case have begun.

Meanwhile, Hassan Dala, the father of the victim, had reported the case to the police when he noticed his daughter’s urine was red.

“I had initially presumed it to be a symptom of infection but when I took her to the hospital, they told us what the problem was,” Dala said.

The mother of the victim had asked her daughter to narrate what her teacher had done to her, and the victim had said that the teacher cuddled, gave her breasts to suck, and inserted a finger inside her private part.
