It’s a sad one for Ghanaians as Wollacott will not be featuring for the Black Stars in the 2022 World Cup Game in Qatar.
He sustained an injury on his finger, during warm-up for his club ahead of their match against Burton Albion on Saturday.
Fans were hoping that it wouldn’t be that serious to rule him out of the tournament, but after a series of scans, it was confirmed that he wouldn’t be able to make it to the world cup tournament.
