It Should be noted that a fuel tanker carrying fuel fell and all its contents, spilled out around the Ibafo area of the Lagos-Ibadan expressway early this Sunday morning.
Men of the Road Safety Corps are already at the scene, trying to control the incident.
According to one of the men of the Road Safety Corps, the cause of the accident was due to the driver’s fatigue so he lost control of the tanker. Fortunately, no lives were lost in the incident.
However there’s a backlog of traffic on both sides of the expressway due to this incident, and drivers are advised to either wait or find an alternative way to get home.
