Chidimma Vanessa Onwe Adetshina, a Nigerian/Mozambique model, has expressed her desire to be part of Miss Universe Nigeria 2024 beauty queen competition. This follows her exit from the Miss South Africa 2024 competition over the controversy of her citizenship.
Adetshina who was one of the finalists to the Miss South Africa pageant resigned after the South African Department of Home Affairs accused her mother of fraud and identity theft. However, this has not deterred Adetshina because she has taken up a new challenge.
Adetshina in a recent video declared her readiness to accept the invitation of participating in the Miss Universe Nigeria competition.
Her involvement in Miss Universe Nigeria is rather expected as she is eager to showcase her talent at one of the most popular African platforms.
