On Friday, a four-man armed robbery gang, carried out an operation at Oke-Sokori in Abeokuta North LGA, Ogun state, escaping with $11m.
They were all clothed in black, and wore masks to cover their face, brandishing dangerous ammunitions. they stacked up th the money, The operation only lasted three minutes but they had two fully stacked ‘Ghana must go’ bags, filled with money as at the time of their escape.
While speaking on Channels TV, the Police Spokesperson of the state, Abimbola Oyeyemi confirmed the incident, assuring residents that the thieves will soon be caught, as they’ve sent messages across the state to ensure that the criminals are traced and caught.
Additionally, Oyeyemi pleaded with the State citizens to be calm, and carry on with their normal activities.
