The Hamas-run Health Ministry in Gaza has said that the number of Palestinians killed since the onset of the Gaza war over a year ago has risen to 42,010.
The ministry added that a further 97,720 Palestinians have been wounded since October 7, 2023.

The recent progress in the north were allegedly primarily directed at the Shejaiya district in Gaza City and the refugee settlements of Jabalia and Nuseirat.

In real time, hospital doctors have said that nine members of one family were murdered in a single Israeli airstrike on a residential building but the information could not be independently confirmed and as the time of filing this report, Israeli military has yet to comment on the incident.
