Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo Olu has advised Nigerians to always contribute to the work of God, as it is always rewarding to give to God.

And serving as an example, Babajide Sanwo Olu donated 50m to St Andrews Cathedral church, Owo, Ondo state, in the unveiling of the church Logo, as part of their 40th anniversary.

According to him, he’s delighted to be invited as the chief launcher at the program, and he had to find a way to honor the invitation despite his busy schedule.

He further said that it is important to honor God who puts you in whatever position you are, he further admonished everyone to always give to God

He said, “I am happy to be here. This is a rare invitation that must find the means to honor despite my tight schedule. If you’re called and you refuse, God has a way of doing His things.

“It is God who put people in position, so when you have the opportunity always honor him. I want to admonish all of us present here to honor God with what we have. Let’s give to God’s work.”

It is beautiful to see that even our leaders recognize the efficacy and the blessings that come with Giving to God
