Terry Faults Southgate Tactical Changes Against USA

John Terry, Chelsea’s legend has blamed Gareth Southgate England’s coach for their goalless draw against the USA on Friday in the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The ex-England captain was upset with The Tactical Changes in the squad.

According to him, the tactical changes were very negative, hopefully, Gareth learns from his previous mistakes, because left to him, he would have done things differently.

He also complained about not seeing Foden play, considering how good Foden is, Gareth shouldn’t have benched the player

He told beIN Sport: “Disappointed with some of the tactical changes they were very negative from our point of view.

“We’ve spoken about Gareth, and he can learn from his mistakes previously. I would have done things differently; how we’ve not seen Foden on the pitch is beyond me.

‘He’s one of our best talents, and I’d love to see him on the pitch.”
