The Nasarawa State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal, on Monday, October 3, rejected the victory of Governor Abdullahi Sule.
The three-man panel led by Justice Ezekiel Ajayi, had delivered the judgment via zoom, announcing that Emmanuel Ombudagu, the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, was the winner.
Two of the judges had agreed that the PDP had been the rightful winner of the election but one judge had disagreed with this judgement.
