The All progressive Congress through the Chairman of the screening committee, John Odigie-Oyegun, has announced that they have selected thirteen candidates to contest the position of President in their upcoming primary election.
This report was submitted at the meeting of the National Working Committee to the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu in Abuja.
The All Progressives Congress Screening Committee held the screening program for two days and came out with thirteen qualified aspirants and had also disqualified ten presidential aspirants of the party.
The committee also denied the presence of the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan during the screening process. They said that he was not available for the screening at Transcorp Hilton in Abuja against rumors that said he had been around for the screening
